Readings
1Two campaigns drive 62% of total ROAS. The rest of the budget returns half as much.
2TikTok grew its return 3.1× in 6 weeks — the fastest-growing channel.
3The sales peak lands 20 minutes after the TV spot, not during it.
Meta's CPA jumped this week. What should I do with the budget?

I looked at the last 48 hours across all three channels. Meta's CPA went from $2,470 to $3,480 — 41% higher — while Google and TikTok held steady. This is a Meta problem, not a demand problem.

What's going on
  • On Meta, frequency hit 4.2 — you're paying to show the same ad to people who already saw it.
  • Google has room: 18% of brand impressions are lost to budget, and CPA there is half.
  • TikTok's new creative is at 4.1× ROAS and hasn't peaked yet.
What I'd do

Move $1.2M out of Meta into Google brand and the TikTok creative, and drop frequency to 2.5. That brings CPA back to ~$3,500 within about 72 hours without losing volume.

Did Sunday's Telefe spot actually work?

I crossed Sunday's 148 GRP with traffic, searches and sales over the next three hours, against the previous four Sundays with no TV. Yes, it worked: $18.6M attributable, 34% above a Sunday with no TV buy.

What the data shows
  • Traffic peaks 20 minutes after the spot, not during it — which is why measuring it live made it look weak.
  • Brand searches rose 62% and brand CPA fell 23% in that window.
  • Retargeting captured 41% of the lift in the first three hours.
What I'd do

Book the same slot again and schedule the Google brand cap to rise 30 minutes before the spot. Right now TV is pushing people into a search you aren't paying for.

Which creative is performing best, and where?

I compared all 34 active creatives by platform, using real retention and ROAS instead of impressions. The 9:16 vertical is the best of the month at 4.8× — more than double the average — and drives 38% of sales.

Where each one performs
  • On TikTok it retains 68% at 6 seconds — the account's ceiling.
  • The same video does 3.9× in Reels but drops to 1.4× in the square feed. It's the format, not the asset.
  • Demand Gen still has 6 statics running below threshold.
What I'd do

Scale the 9:16 into Reels and Demand Gen, and pause the 6 statics. That's $640K a month that stops burning on formats we already know don't work.

decisions that pay off.

We own the end-to-end: data, business intelligence and artificial intelligence. You make the marketing calls — we handle everything behind them.

01 We organize

We sort out your data so it stops fighting itself. A single source of truth: no more report saying one thing and spreadsheet saying another.

We put every piece of data where someone needs it to decide. Dashboards, alerts and reports right where and when the call gets made — not three clicks and two days away.

03 We activate

We add intelligence that runs on its own and scales with you. AI models and agents that analyze, anticipate and execute by themselves — without growing your team.
